Production pricing is based on the labor time required for each piece. Before any work begins, our production manager reviews your designs and provides a clear per‑piece cost, including any related fees. All prices are agreed upon upfront and only change if the client requests a design modification.

We provide cost estimates at three volume levels:

• Samples
• Single Orders
• Bulk Production

A physical sample and pattern are required for accurate costing. This process typically takes one work week.

Production costing includes:

• Grading and marking
• Cutting
• Sewing
• Quality check
• Packaging
• Project management

Every project is unique. Once your samples are completed, we can finalize precise production costs.

Designing and sampling fees are due in full. Production fees require a 50% deposit and 50% upon delivery.

Turnaround times depend on order quantity. Once sampling is complete, orders under 500 pieces can typically be finished within 30 days, provided all materials are supplied by the client.

Sampling takes 2–4 weeks from the agreed start date. Start dates depend on receiving all designs, fabrics, and trims, as well as our current production schedule.

We do not offer fabric sourcing services.
However, we can introduce you to reputable suppliers to help you find the right fabrics and trims for your project.
